The Commercial Division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator on a permanent basis for a company based in the outskirts of Nottingham.

The successful candidate must be able to drive to get to this location.

Previous Administration experience is essential!

You will work a 12hr week – The company are flexible on the working hours.

Salary: £19240 (Pro Rata Salary: £5772) This will be £9.25 per hour.

You will be joining a small but friendly team and will be part of a business who are keen to allow you to hit the ground running.

This role will require someone who has good, solid administration experience. The company are offering a great working environment with onsite parking.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

– Data Input
– Taking all incoming calls from customers
– Communicating with customers via email
– Provide efficient and expert administration support to all internal departments
– Handling all business correspondence
– Offering support to Clients and colleagues
– Various administration tasks
– Managing and collating company data
– Ability to interact with other departments
– Strong attention to detail

The successful candidate for this role must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise/organise their own workload. It is important that you are fairly analytical and can work well across departments. This is a permanent role however the client are looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.
