Seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant, with experience in interior design and high-end residential projects, to join one of the leading developers of super-prime property market.

My client is a high-end property developer with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, all specialising in ultra-prime residential design. Services they offer include architecture, luxury interior design, construction and private client services.

With two UK offices in London and Stratford-Upon-Avon, their team consists of 9 architectural staff. This position will be located in their London office which currently accommodates 3 architectural staff. Due to an increase in projects and room for expansion, they are now seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to work on exciting new projects throughout London. Projects are typically located in prime boroughs of London including; Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Mayfair and consist of restoration heritage projects, as well as new builds and refurbishments.

Role & Responsibilities

Work on a variety of luxury high-end residential projects in prime London locations
Work through all RIBA stages, with emphasis on design and technical drawings
Use AutoCAD on a daily basis, and occasionally Revit too
Assist and report to the leading Architect on your progress.Required Skills & Experience

A qualified Part II Architectural Assistant, with experience working in professional practice
A passion for high-end residential projects and a keen interest in interior design is key for this appointment
Fantastic technical knowledge (a strong technical ability is essential for this position)
A fluent user of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
Experience working on high-end residential projects in the UK and an element of high-end interiors experience.What you get back
