Operations Administrator – Manufacturing
Permanent – Fulltime
£21,000 – £25,000 per annum + Benefits DOE
Based: Huddersfield
Commutable from Huddersfield, Halifax, Brighouse, Dewsbury, Batley, Wakefield
start date: 1st March 2021

Working exclusively with our client a leader within the manufacturing industry we are now looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to work closely across all areas of the Business

The position is a permanent role working Days Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours a week

The Role:

Providing Administrative support to Operations and Manufacturing Manager
Organising meetings, Diary management
Preparation of reports, Letters and data as and where required in the business
Arranging Travel and accommodation
Coordinating Meetings, minute taking
Arranging meetings and training sessions, management and diaries for all training sessions working with HR
Reception Cover
Updating Of spreadsheets
Reception Cover when required

Key Qualities of the Operations Administrator:

Minimum 3 Years Administration Experience – Essential
High Level of Confidentiality
Organised and ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Attention To Detail – Essential
Exceptional customer service
Excellent Administration experience
Superb attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Proficient in MSOffice; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Able to communicate confidently across all areas of a business
Positive Can-Do Attitude always willing to help
