Brewster Partners are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a global business whose impressive construction equipment is involved in the creation of buildings such as Burj Khalifa and Muskrat Falls.

THE JOB:

Be responsible for a team of five people in a busy construction office
Responsible for the day to day running of the office
Ensure timely update and communication to the Logistics team
Oversee the delivery and off-hire process of material with clients, sales, warehouse and commercial office
Be the contact person for any customer queries during the project period
Ensure accurate invoicing
Ensure accurate and correct processing
Create and file all related correspondences and reports
Adhere to reporting deadlines and support period closings (month and year end)
Support the annual full stock take
Maintain data quality of delivery dates and return dates in co-ordination with Sales and Customer.
Arrange Transportation and co-ordination with haulage companies, checking transport invoices and transport recovery.

THE PERSON:

Previous experience in a similar Office Management role
Construction / hire equipment experience
A working history that demonstrates flexibility and commitment
Experience of being hands on and willing to get involved in all aspects of the role
