Office Administrator required for a leading UK Transport company based in Leeds.

As an Office Administrator you will be training to become a Transport Planner

The Office Administrator will be dealing with helping the running of the office.

£17,000 – £19,000
Monday – Friday – 8:00 – 17:00

Company bonus 28 days holiday, Pension, Free Parking

The Office Administrator will train and develop in the following :

Manage the fleet and allocated budget for the proposed order
Report to the Transport Manager the absence from work of drivers and staff.
Direct drivers for loading and unloading of consignments, goods and means of transport
Respect the law on road traffic and the traffic of goods
Communicating with drivers, subcontractors, managers & key personnel
Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
Accurately calculating supply costs in relation to each movement or transaction.
Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
Establish relationships with clients in pursuit of sustainable business relationships
Ensuring compliance with all current legislation and regulation
