About the Role:

Our Network Manager leads a team of 10 Network Engineers that supports the organisation’s short and long-term goals helping develop a strategy to achieve success. This role is predominalty focussed on delivering our project based objectives, with the wider team working on a number of global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify service improvements and contribute to the improvement & technical roadmaps
Create and maintain cross functional relationships to ensure working practices are aligned and best practices are established and followed.
Identify company-wide initiatives and plans that impact the Operations Teams roadmaps
Accountability for IT operational tasks including maintenance, upgrades, capacity management, execution of IT key control activities, incident management, service requests, and RFC’s
Personal and professional development of team members.
Delivery of service / projects as predefined in scope and SLA’s.
Awareness of the TU business continuity plan and personal / team’s roles within.

Skills & Experience:

Significant network engineering experience and strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Logical and analytical approach
Effective leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire others
Customer focused
Ability to motivate the team.
Understanding of a regulatory requirement
