Leaders In Care has an excellent opportunity to place a Nursing Home Manager at a care home in Stoke-on-Trent. The role comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 to £60,000 pa plus an excellent discretionary bonus scheme.

As the RMN Nurse Manager, you’ll manage all aspects of the home’s performance. The focus will be on running your home as a successful business, including full profit and loss responsibility while delivering outstanding quality and service to residents. You will lead by example, managing and mentoring a large team to inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
To apply for this position, you must have the relevant nursing qualifications (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin (our client will cover fees after 12 months – worth £120). You’ll also need experience of managing care homes. Being commercially aware, you’ll have proven healthcare experience, ideally with a ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ CQC report. New commissioning experience would be advantageous, while outstanding communication skills are a must.
