GVR are currently working with an up and coming M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager for a new build hospitality project in Essex.
As a company they offer a complete M&E package from design through to install. They specialise in Residential and Commercial projects with values up to £10M.
M&E SM/PM Duties:

Managing program of works.
*
Creating and amending RAMS.
*
Managing sub-contractors.
*
Weekly meetings and reports with directors.
*
Communicating with Main Contractor on site regarding SOW
To be considered:
*
Previous experience in a similar role
*
Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
*
CSCS Card
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
