About the Role – Maths Teacher – Deputy Head of Department – Hounslow, West London

*Work collaboratively and progressively with the Head of Department
*Create an innovative curriculum and associated resources
*Plan enrichment activities and develop outside links
*Teach inspiring and well differentiated lessons initially to KS3 & 4
*Be prepared to teach additional subjects
*Build excellent relationships with pupils and their families
*Maintain rigorous and informative records of assessment
*Provide pupils with appropriate mentoring and tutor form support
*Engage effectively with CPD opportunities and identify further exceptional training opportunities
*Promote high standards in all areas of learning
