An Experienced Marketing Manager is required to add value to a fast paced marketing role, working for a leading manufacturer.
The role is to drive multi-channel B2B campaigns and increase market share, this is a very hands on operational role also managing a senior marketing executive and external agencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sound marketing experience to join a marketing team determined to make a difference. A confident and outgoing individual is required to form relationships with colleagues, across the brands and countries and to take ownership and responsibility for key marketing activities. You will be a problem solver and you must be agile and willing to work using your own initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Someone with both creative and commercial acumen is required as the business has extensive plans for growth.
You will be responsible for developing multi-channel marketing campaigns across markets and brands to drive sales and actively market the company’s services to increase customer and industry awareness
Develop, manage, deliver and own the marketing calendar for key brands
To effectively work with the R&D and sales teams to identify the correct products and services for the markets
Presenting new products to the sales team and equipping them with the product knowledge, competitor analysis and sales material to ensure a successful introduction
To take a lead role in developing the company’s web platforms, increasing and managing the social media footprint and public relations communications
Devise, prepare and implement the promotional and communication calendar
Coordinate public relations, creating compelling copy across email, social, blog, print, websites and communications
Improve communication and working relationships across the business to ensure that all parties are involved and aware of marketing activity and impact
Regular monitoring and analysis of marketing activity and website analysis to make informed decisions on performance
Managing exhibition organisation and ensuring the key business messages are consistent across all exhibition material
Build marketing budget and maintain all marketing expenses, whilst also identifying ROI opportunities
Ensure ROI is evidenced for all marketing activity undertakenKey competencies
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies and associated plans with demonstrable ROI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Experience of managing marketing budgets
Knowledge and experience in internet/web/digital management and marketing
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
Salary: £45000 – £55000/annum
