Marketing Executive – Full Time – Thrapston

This role will provide support to the Managing Director and divisional teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist with all company marketing activities and the production of communication materials across the full marketing mix
Monitor the literature stock levels and implement any amendments to the literature
Develop and execute direct mail and e-mail campaigns including database management
Upload marketing material and prepare copy for the company websites and social media platforms
Contribute to keeping the company websites and social media channels up-to-date
Assist in implementing Google AdWords and SEO activities
Involvement in marketing events, open days and exhibitions / shows
Organise the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
Support and work effectively with the external PR agency, design agency and printers
Arrange company photography and video, liaising with all relevant parties
Track and analyse marketing campaigns, online activities and provide internal reports
Monitor competitor activity across all divisions
Book advertising space and provide timely copy
Assist with internal communications and charity / fundraising initiatives
Provide general ad-hoc support within the business, where requiredExperience and skills:

A minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience across the full marketing mix
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
Management of several projects at once and prioritise workload accordingly
Ability to work with stakeholders across the various divisions and on-site
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
Creative with a customer focused approach
Computer literate with experience of website and CRM systems
Full driving licenceBenefits:

Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Holiday: 23 days holiday plus statutory
