I am working with a large and friendly business in Crick, they are very successful, growing year on year and are now looking for a Machine Stock Coordinator to join their busy team. The role will involve managing the equipment purchase and delivery in line with company targets regarding sales, equipment, parts control, productivity and delivery to customer requirements.
The Role
Recognise and operate within agreed strategic plan and objectives with minimal day-to-day management input.
Excellent administrative skills will be required to complete tasks and processes with tight deadlines and to manage workload to demonstrate the urgency required in supporting the sales team.
Supporting the Parts Stock Supervisor in maintaining the equipment storage area, including managing stock rotation and ensuring machine PI counts are continued in line with business expectations.
Ensure all H & S aspects within the Warehouse and surrounding areas are abided by.
This role will require the ability to deal across functions, from shop floor personnel through to, and including, main board directors of major customers and our own international organisation.
Who are you???….
To be successful in this you will need to have the following…
High level of Excel & SAP (manipulating data in various formats)
Solid experience within supply chain / planning environment, with a technical equipment focus.
Excellent communication skills, confident relaying relevant information
Confident organising and managing work load.
Good questioning skills, ability to challenge constructively and seek alternative solutions.
Ability to review procedures / practices and implement changes where necessary to create efficiencies.
Personable and ability to cope well under pressure.
