M365 Support Engineer – 2nd Line – SCCM / Intune
Cambridgeshire – £26-32k + package
Concept IT are looking for a Level 2 support engineer to join a growing IT company based in Cambridgeshire. The role will form part of an established Cloud Practice and will focus on the M365 Modern Workplace technologies: SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone to learn the latest public cloud technologies (M365/Azure) at an organisation that focuses on training and development.
The company has continued to grow throughout COVID.
Responsibilities:
Complete Incidents & Service Requests to agreed SLAs.
Undertake defined support activities including performing Scheduled Maintenance (controlled upgrades and fixes), Problem diagnosis and Root-cause Analysis, resolving subsequent issues within agreed parameters
Provide end-user support and assistance for more complex Modern Workplace and other End-user Computing tasks.
Work within our ITIL aligned processes such as Major Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
Maintain and update knowledge base articles, technical support documentation and operational procedures.
Answering and making customer calls, monitoring emails and managing tickets to agreed SLAs to support the Service Desk at busy times.
Provide lifecycle support and keep customers informed of progress at all times.Skills & Experience:
Experience of Microsoft 365 and SCCM solutions, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager and the suite of 365 admin portals
Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS-100, MS-101 & MS-900)
Experience of SCCM – Package Creation & Infrastructure
M365 knowledge (Intune, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experience with Azure (desirable)Salary on offer is £26-32k + package + certifications
