We are looking for an inclusive and collaborative Lab Shift Supervisor to work in and around Royal Leamington Spa in a state of the art, high output diagnostics laboratory environment. The laboratory is seeking a Lab Shift Supervisor to work variable shifts on a fixed-term contract as part of the UK’s NHS Test and Trace programme.

Ensured the smooth running of the labs on a given shift and managed all teams
Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the laboratories policies and applicable laws
Organised staff placement per shift; working closely with the Chief Lab Scientist and Biomedical Scientist Leads to support the smooth running of patient testing
Managed the shift including responsibility for the effective and successful management of productivity and quality control
