IT Supply Chain Service Delivery Analyst offering up to £25k, required by a successful and reputable charity based in the Vauxhall area. This role, while focused on service delivery analysis and some technical support. A great opportunity for an analytically and technically minded professional to have involvement in multiple areas within the business.
Day to day, the IT Supply Chain Service Delivery Analyst would be responsible for monitoring all Service Delivery aspects of the organisation. This would involve analysing supplier performance, ticketing trends, KPI’s and SLA’s and making suggestions on improvements in these areas, such as supplying user guides or changing software or applications being used. Another branch of the role is technical support, including lending a helping hand to roll-outs, software testing and checking in with end-users once the rollouts have been deployed. The Service Desk Analyst’s insight into the service delivery of the business will also aid in looking into the procurement of the software and equipment.
The IT Supply Chain Service Delivery Analyst will be expected to liaise with end-users and staff, so exceptional people skills are a must. This role would suit an analytical individual with a passion for IT, interested in helping the team be the best it can be.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
Experienced with Power BI and Excel
Procurement process and new starter inductions
Working knowledge of MS software products
Experienced in working with end-users and staff of all technical levels and abilitiesYou must be eager to hit the ground running and have a proven record of analysing software performances, monitoring trends, vendor selection and solutions to problematic or costly software.
