Start date: 16/11/2020
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 8am – 9pm
Training: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30am
Salary: £18,200 with the opportunity to earn £23,080 OTE
Must be available to work from home and in the office.
Phone or Tablet contract came to an end? This will be no problem for you! You’ll be there to help guide customers through the end stage of their contracts and convince them they want to stay. You’ll also be there to support the unhappy customers who may be looking to leave early. They may have had a bad experience and you’ll be there to make things right. You’ll use your empathy, listening skills and natural rapport building to truly understand why they are unhappy and looking to leave, turning their poor experience into a great experience that will encourage them to stay.
Through active listening and questioning, you’ll build a profile for each customer and with your great product knowledge you’ll help pair them with products and services that will enhance their experience whilst meeting set business goals.
What experience must the Retentions Advisor have?
Call centre background (desired but not essential): inbound or outbound sales experience is essential or equivalent (automotive, insurance, telecoms, utilities, financial services or retail) or strong customer service with up-selling experience
