Who are we?
I am currently working with a leading law firm that is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join their team based in Newcastle. Your main responsibility will be to provide expert support to all internal employees on the companies HR System and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to the business and HR team. The role will also support the HR systems team in various key HR processes/projects throughout the year.
* Manage the HRIS team inbox and Service Now Tickets ensuring all system related queries and issues are resolved and responded to in a timely manner.
*Manage the organisation, job and data architectures
*Create and manage security profiles for HRIS users.
*Provide technical support, training and guidance to all users
*Ensure all training guides are kept up to date.
*Act as a representation for the division within the Global HR systems community.
*Lead monthly HR systems community call. Build wider relationships and advise the wider team on initiatives, changes or data issues.
What skills are we looking for?
* Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot tables and creation of charts to support analysis
*Strong personal commitment to accuracy and maintenance of data integrity
*Keen to work collaboratively and be an active team member
*Ability to work independently and use intuitive to research solutions with minimal guidance
*Experience of supporting a core HRIS
*Experience with MI data reporting tools and experience of producing HR metrics
