Working for a national business that are looking to recruit a professional, commercially minded HR Manager that is suitably qualified upto level 7 CIPD.
The role will be to take full HR, Training, responsibility for North UK. This position is offered with exceptional basic salary plus additional benefits with 2 x annual bonus. You will also be offered private medical insurance.
The role will require the HR Manager to undertake all HR aspects of a busy dynamic company. A specific knowledge of UK employment law is required.
The HR Masnager will have a proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard. A proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably in a senior role. A CIPD qualification with occupational experience.
Up to date knowledge of employment law. The ability to originate and lead organisational strategies in HR. Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement. Ability to write and deliver creative, imaginative presentations to colleagues at all levels. Succession planning and development, writing and delivering training programmes appropriate to the needs of employees and the business.
