Our Client, a dynamic and innovative internet marketplace is seeking an HR and Payroll Assistant to join their HR Ops team in their Southampton office.
Drafting contracts, letters and emails relating to HR processes.
Uploading new starter information to the HR system.
Taking ownership of the HR and Payroll inbox.
Maintaining and updating information on the HRIS system.
Preparing payroll reports
Maintaining ‘Right to Work’ documentation
Logging employee absences
At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position (HR Assistant / Payroll Assistant)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
CIPD Level 3 desirable
Ability to work effectively within a team
25 days holiday + an extra day for your birthday
