Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity that will see you working within an organisation that is a leader in their field?
This generalist Human Resources position is a very varied role and includes all aspects of HR plus payroll administration. You will be working in partnership with your colleagues in HR supporting other departments and Managers across the business to ensure HR processes are delivered consistently and accurately.
This is a full time position which is initially a 12 month fixed term contract. Your duties will include:
Co-ordinating all aspects of HR administration including contracts, starters, leavers and changes in employment status
Managing and responding promptly to requests and queries from Employees and Managers in the workflow inbox
Working closely with the Head of Finance and the payroll provider to ensure monthly payroll is completed accurately
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records for all employees.
Providing advice and guidance to Managers and employees in relation to company policies
Organise various HR meetings and take notes
Logging HR related invoices
Supporting the Recruitment process through to on-boardingThe successful candidate will have HR and payroll administration experience, intermediate to advanced MS Excel knowledge and experience with an HR system. This is a busy role and requires someone who can deal with a high volume of varied administration tasks, work in a very well organised manner and can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
