Main ResponsibilitiesRole outline:

High levels of cross-collaborative internal and external stakeholder management
Successfully manage a team of 16 to deliver a high-quality service to patients and staff 365 days a year.
Accountable for staff restaurant, patient feeding and Hospitality. 
Ensure food is delivered in a clean safe environment ensuring all areas of safeguard, EHO and Nuffield policies are adhered too. 
Manage all aspects of staffing and ensure the smooth running of patient and staff feeding.
Liaise with client to ensure all requests are completed within the required timeframe.
Attend client meetings and represent Sodexo. 


Situated next to St Bartholomew’s NHS hospital, Nuffield Health at St Bart’s will be the flagship centre for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services, including: orthopaedics, oncology, general surgery, and gynaecology and urology surgery.
