We are seeking a Home Manager for a home accommodating young people with learning disabilities, autism and a range of additional needs. As Home Manager, you will oversee the effective daily running of the home, ensuring the highest professional standards, managing and supporting your teams to deliver high quality support that meets the needs of the young people and enables them to flourish. While this is not a registered manager role, a good knowledge of legislation and compliance would be beneficial.
You will be an experienced Care Manager, with experience of managing services for people with learning disabilities, gained within either children or adult services. You will hold a Level 5 Leadership and Management in Care qualification or above. You will need to be flexible and able to work to a shift rota and will be a driver with access to a vehicle.
