About the role.
The role of Head of Employer Engagement will have both strategic and operational responsibilities. The post holder will play a fundamental role in developing future growth with employers, and provide vision, direction and leadership. They will take responsible for heading the Employer Engagement team, composed of Employer Engagement Managers, and working closely with operational delivery Managers. This role will not only work at a local and regional level but also establish and manage larger national employer accounts to fulfil our goal is to have a job opportunity for every learner we recruit to programme.
Have you got what it takes?
You should have a passion for what you do along with recent experience in a similar type position. It is essential that you can bring our Employment Engagement strategy to life so you should be able to demonstrate substantial Management experience and have the enthusiasm and energy to inspire those around you. You should be a consultative seller and be able to influence and drive change at board level. Ideally you will be an accomplished seller with both business to business and business to consumer experience gained on a local, regional and national level. Direct sector experience is desired but not essential. You will need to inspire trust and confidence, both in those that you manage and other stakeholders that you engage with. Due to the nature and scope of the role with the potential for national travel, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
