Graduate Management Trainee – Full Time –

We have opportunities for recently graduated Graduate Management Trainees. As Trainee Managers you will have the opportunity to move between Departments of Logistics, Despatch; Degree specific R & D Developments; Construction; Technical; Purchasing; Stock Control; Sales, Administration, Customer Service and Manufacturing and find your own niche whilst developing your Management abilities.

Demonstrating that you have the ability to be assertive and pro-active and, ideally, having achieved a 2:1 Degree together with demonstrably strong Administration skills and excellent Time Management, Planning and Organisational experience. You will be someone who has very strong analytical skills.

Are you able to demonstrate a desire to be a future Leader/Manager? With a ‘Hands On’ approach to the requirements of leadership being the key to success, all our senior management have started from the bottom as we believe in demonstrable leadership by knowledge and by example. We have a growing Export department and liaise with our family owned manufacturing companies in Estonia, Hungary and Poland. Our Humanitarian side is also growing with links to Oxfam and Unicef.
