GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – HAYWARDS HEATH
Who we are looking for
We are looking for people who speak fluent German, who have experience in a customer service based role and have worked within a call centre.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent)
* Clear and concise communication
* Experience in offering excellent customer service
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Team player
* High attention to detail
* Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
* Common sense
* Quick learner
* Competent with ICT and keen to learn and develop new systems
* A knowledge of the equine world (desired but not essential)
* Passion for pets (and their insurance!)
About the role
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 depending upon experience
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Proposed Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
Reports to: Operations Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity for an individual to grow, expand and develop with our company as we launch and develop pet insurance products within Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Successful applicants will provide customer service and policy administration for the groups UK brands, ensuring service and compliance standards are met and financial targets are achieved.
The day-to-day role will include:
* Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
* Ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded
* Actively following up customer interaction to convert to sale
* Produce high-quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
* Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
* Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
* Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
* Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirement
Salary: £18000 – £22000/annum Dependent On Experience
