This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of our longstanding clients. The role is temporary to begin with for 3 months but could lead into something permanent.

My client is looking for a Fire & Security Business Support Administrator for their upcoming contract. This is a fantastic time to join the company.

Position: F&S Business Support Administrator

Start Date: Immediately

Salary: £10 per hour – reviewed after 3 months

Hours: 8am – 445pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm Friday

Contract Length: Temp to Perm

Location: Edinburgh 

Are you who we are looking for?

· You have previous Admin experience

· Ideally have experience within a construction/facilities environment

· Strong confident telephone manner

· Good knowledge of MS Office

· Organised and pro-active

What does the day look like?

• Planning engineers workloads & diaries 

• Liaise with engineers and PMs and assist with any issues that may arise on site.

• Update client portal

• Answer calls and queries 

• Keep clients up to date 

• General admin duties
