My client is a well-establish expanding facilities maintenance service provider, which is currently experiencing strong growth within their portfolio of commercial office buildings in Central London. Because of this growth, they are seeking a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a highly successful, landlord only contract in Central London.
The candidate who is successful will look after 3 office Buildings next door to each other around Victoria Area as well as undertaking PPM and reactive tasks and will have assistance from a Supervisor and static engineer based in the area. The ideal candidate will come from an electrical bias maintenance background, with the ambition to progress and grow alongside the company.
Job Specification:
Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout 3 office Buildings next door to each other such as:
* FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls), AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Plumbing repairs, Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs), L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
* Plantroom checks
* Statutory Checks and Compliance
* Ensure strong communication with clients
* Manage workload efficiently
* Organise subcontract labour
* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures
Salary & Package
* £38,000.00 Per Annum
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Overtime Rates at x1.5 & x2.0
* 26 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

The Person:
* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
* 5 years Facilities Maintenance Experience
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
