Food & Beverage Experience Manager


£45,000 – £50,000 per annum + Pension + Healthcare + bonus potential

Working 5/7 shifts

This role will be part of a new opening consisting of multiple corporate offices in a new and exciting concept which will be an urban playground with restaurants, pop-up food stalls and shops, events and entertainment. Your service mindset is supported by a clarity of thought around ensuring all the people who connect with food are kept safe and we meet both our customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with local suppliers that reflect the client’s vision and quality ethos
Inspire a team to meet the campus spirit to offer unique experiences to every customer
Keep our colleagues, visitors’ and clients safe with our safety-first mentality while they are in our care, using the safety tools available to you
Support each other to implement new services, operational change and events so as we can continuously optimize the campus and customer experience
To ensure that team members understand their purpose and standards of operation and to continue to drive Service Excellence through the team
To understand our contractual obligations and to work closely with the SME team to ensure that we are aligned to this while supporting the development of our service solutions
Conduct Service Reviews to ensure we meet our aspirations for the campus and be an inspirational leader as a senior campus manager
Put a value on everything we do to ensure that we spend our customers money to give the maximum back to the campus
To take overall responsibility for all activities in catering areas
To review financial and operational performance monthly in the required format to present internally and to forecast and drive the business around cost leadership
To recruit and mobilize employees across the campus ahead of the campus opening

Experience, attributes and Certification:

Exceptional leadership skills with core competencies around developing a vision, strategic leadership and team engagement
Extensive experience as a senior Operational Management of multi-site or single site management demonstrating continuous improvement with a turnover of more than £2m and operating on a commercial basis
Experience mobilising new contracts & demobilising existing sites is essential
Demonstration of senior Customer engagement for a contract of more than 4000 FTE
HND/Degree level qualification
