Careermakers are looking for a Permanent Finance Administrator in our Offices based in Billinge, St Helen’s.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
This role needs a candidate who is hard working and organised with a good level of Maths and English. You must have a good knowledge of Accounts and have an understanding of general office practices. Must have SAGE experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to deal with:
Monthly payment run
Monthly financial summary
Ordering goods for site
Ordering office supplies
Ensuring the data information is up to date
Keeping record of all documents received
O & M manuals
Ensure driving details are up to date.
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 8 hour shift.
