We have an exciting opportunity to work for a global market leading software vendor who are market leaders in enterprise applications software. They are looking to recruit a Field Service Specialist to support their Global Sales Operations.

Reporting into the Manager of Global Field Services you will be responsible for managing tasks, tools & programs associated with the support of their Global Sales Operations organisation. Working closely with other Field Service Specialists and Functional Teams to support all global selling teams and all business units. You will be required to support the sales life cycle process managing a varying volume of cases daily and managing activities to meet SLA’s. In addition, you will also drive operational efficiencies for the Global Selling Teams and identify process and tool enhancement opportunities to support their sales process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ management experience within a fast-paced technical sales and customer support environment. You will be highly organised, and detail orientated and must have effective interpersonal and communication skills. Although it is not essential it would be beneficial if you have a bachelor’s degree and a working knowledge of salesforce.

Salary £45-£48K plus 10% Bonus
