Supervise and manage a team of staff in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to M&E & Fabric equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels
Supervision of the site team in accordance with, Procedures and Policies.
Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant Equipment and Building Fabric.
Compliance with record keeping for Customer Quality Management Systems Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
Develop processes with improved efficiencies along with added value, innovation, and sufficient solutions Establish a safe, transparent, and constructive culture that recognizes hard work and performance.
Ensure all appropriate maintenance personnel are trained and able to perform their duties safely and in an efficient manner.
Monitor staff’s performance and ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client’s expectations.
Advising management on labour levels and holiday/absence cover Ensure that all standard policies relating to HR issues are understood and adhered too, including managing grievance / disciplinary processes as required.
Management of third-party Sub-Contractors, including Induction, routine performance monitoring and scoring, acceptance and signing off works in accordance with industry standards ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely.
Regularly monitor and audit Quality documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
Provide technical support to team supervisors to prioritise and delegate Reactive along with Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the delivery team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
Support management in producing Contract Review Packs in accordance with the Business Unit timetable.
Financial management and planning, reviewing budgets and managing cost inclusive of internal and external invoicing Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Any other reporting as requested by Management.
Standard office hours, but overtime in evenings and at weekends may be necessary, especially during large projects or periods of change.
* Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds or equivalent Completion of a recognised technical training scheme.
* Applicant must have and maintain a current valid full UK driver’s license.
* At least five years at a similar level or equivalent.
* Knowledge of current technical standards Knowledge of business-critical services Working in a Blue-Chip environment.
* Working in a “services supply partnership” Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
* Maintenance workload planning inclusive of planned stat/non-stat and reactive work load

Salary: £50000/annum Plus Car Allowance
