We are currently working alongside a leading facilities management organisation to recruit a Shift Engineer for a large commercial contract based in Canary Wharf. You will be required to work a mixture of shifts (Days and Nights). The environment is a corporate office with excellent facilities.

Main responsibilities include:
To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems.
Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
To co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
Undertake follow up actions required to resolve situational circumstances for which you have been authorised to undertake.Candidate requirements:
* Electrically qualified – 17th/18th edition, City and Guilds Part 1 & 2, Regognised Apprenticeship
* Worked in a critical environment – banking, hospital, data centre
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
