eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager
£40000 – £45000 salary plus benefits
Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a multinational pharmaceutical organisation who are expanding their existing UK presence and consequently recruiting for an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to shape and lead the digital marketing team.
Create and implement eCommerce strategy into an effective commercial plan that trades the online business for growth and profit.
Lead the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities in the UK, including search, campaigns, websites and social media advertising.
Develop an online customer retention programme – to increase customer retention, loyalty and drive lifetime value.
Analysis of the online business, including tracking key website KPI’s; building price plans; managing operational costs and the overall channel profitability.
Create and implement the online advertising, eDM campaigns to drive traffic to e-commerce sites. Develop an email strategy to deliver an optimised and growing customer lifetime value and have responsibility for all associated KPIs.
Help manage and define the e-commerce digital development roadmap.Experience:
A marketing or business-related degree, or alternatively a pharmaceutical or science-related degree.
Previous experience within a digital marketing, brand management or e-commerce role, ideally within the pharma or medical sector.
Knowledge of Google Analytics & suite apps, Adobe Campaign and associated products such as Photoshop and Creative as well as Magento 2.For more information about this role, please apply with your CV today.
