Digital Transformation Lead – Fully Remote – Full Time –

We have an exciting new opportunity looking for a Digital Transformation Lead for a 3 month interim contract which is Fully remote working.

Role Summary:

To coordinate the delivery of Digital First programmes with Integrated Care Partnerships;
To also coordinate projects across Trust’s system and participate in regional progammes with NHS England South East Digital First Team;
To engage GP and primary care staff in GP Practices and Primary Care Networks to promote the utilisation and uptake of Digital First programmes;
To engage Teams, partners, patient representatives and stakeholders within the Trust’s system to support the digital transformation of programmes;
To learn and develop subject matter expertise in digital solutions providing leadership and support to transformation digital pathways; 
To ensure all programmes use best practice, with robust programme planning, evaluation, communications, procurement and contract regulations, risk assessments and outcomes. 
The role supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service;
The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.  

Skills / Experience:

Writing business case and management of suppliers;
Looking for experience in transformation rather than technical as first priority;
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external; working closely with project managers, programme managers and programme leads across the system;
Experience of leading & supporting project delivery within a healthcare environment and a thorough understanding of project governance;
Develop new policies and SOPs aligned to new digital business process;
Any experience with key projects; workforce, ehub, digital exclusion would be beneficial;
Excellent communication skills are also essential to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
