One of the leading house builders are currently looking for a Development Director for their Kent office due to growth plans.

Development Director Requirements
MUST be a Senior Development Manager / Head of Development / Development Director
MUST have experience of dealing with sites of 100 units as a minimum and a proven track record of purchasing sites
MUST have experience of leading and developing Development Managers / Development Land Managers
Be looking for a company where you can excel under your own steam
MUST be able to take projects from cradle to grave…. from planning, through to construction completion and everything in between
Our client will consider a Senior Development Manager / Head of Development looking for a step up or Development Director who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
Salary: £90000 – £120000/annum + Car Allowance + Bonus + Full Pack
