The Role
An accomplished Design Manager with proven industry experience leading the design team in the successful delivery of a high profile mixed use development in the East Midlands with a build value in excess of £150m+ . Working closely with the design and project team you will produce accurate, risk free designs to ensure client satisfaction whilst having tight control of project budget and time scale.
Duties
Client Liaison
Time and cost management
Attend / Lead design meetings
Progress Reporting / Monitoring
Coordination of sub-contractor design
Programme production and monitoring
Manage all design aspects on tenders and projects
Managing cost within budget figures
