You will be responsible for:
As part of the Customer Service Team, this role is responsible for processing customer orders on time and accurately. Adhering to operational processes will help to support both cost and service matrix.
Managing Service and Costs for Key Customer Accounts versus the Key Business Indicators (KBIs)
Order to delivery management
To drive all KBIs through robust actions plans and daily disciplines
Understanding and delivering operational processes
Building mutually beneficial relationships with CustomersKey Stakeholders in this role are:
External supply Chain contacts
Previous Customer Service role
Experience of using SAP/ Salesforce
This position is a Monday to Friday (40 hours) role based at our client’s offices in Nottingham, however due to the current COVID climate at this stage some remote working from home might be necessary.
