An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to join an FMCG business, based in Wigan. The successful candidate will solution focussed, working with internal and external customers to drive customer engagement. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the full order to cash cycle, identifying areas of improvement and driving results with a can-do attitude.

As part of the supply chain management team, the Customer Service Manager role in pivotal in the business, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure continued service excellence.
Duties of the Customer Service Manager will include:
Take ownership of the Customer strategy, aligning it with commercial priorities.
Developing the team, upskilling them to drive customer engagement
Review of processes and procedures, looking at the use of systems
working with internal stakeholders as the voice of the customer
Developing a pro-active customer service function
Managing the day to day order to cash cycle
Driving the team performance in line with the customer service strategy
Implementing a continuous improvement cultureProfile
The successful Customer Service Manager will be/have:
Exeperience leading a team within a supply chain environment
the ability to motivate and develop those around them, challenging and coaching
A solution focussed mindset, looking at areas for growth and improvement
