Customer Service Executive – E-Commerce

Pursuit Resources are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive – E-Commerce for our client, who are well established international business with 5 production plants and sales offices around the world.
£23,000 – £25,000 Experience dependant
As the Customer Service Executive you will be part of a busy Customer Service team.
Follow the order process from start to finish
Map the customers needs and wishes
Support the customer in finding the best solution
Communicating via live chat and over the phone
First point of contact for ecommerce customers
Process incoming enquiries, orders and follow up actionsSkills
Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
Experience working for an international company
Other language skills would be beneficial for this role
Problem solvingThere is the opportunity for this to be a mix of working from home and office based once full training is completed.
