Customer Service / Data Entry – Full Time – Wetherby

We are looking to recruitment Data Entry /Customer Service Executives to join our growing Contact Centre team on a temporary basis to start ASAP
Role, Duties, and Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls on behalf of a number of clients
Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service to all callers
Processing orders for goods over the phone following client branding and requirements, advising customers using product knowledge and up-selling goods where appropriate
Answering customer service queries regarding orders already placed
Data Entry
Technical Skills and Experience
Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service team previously and have good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner.

Working Hours – Monday – Saturday 9.00-18.99 with a day off during the week
This is based between York and Wetherby therefore own transport would be beneficial.

Salary: £9/hour Weekly Pay
