Customer Service Coordinator
Leeds – Thorpe Park

Chase and Holland are excited to be working with an international manufacturing business as they look to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to be based in their Leeds office at Thorpe Park. You will deal with all aspects of sales order processing including exports. This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned organisation.
Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
Order processing including export orders and accompanying documentation
Respond to telephone and email enquiries
Investigate and resolve all invoice queries for credit
Advise Customers when delivery promises are compromised
Input sales prices, check and file for audit
Liaise with production as required to ensure commitments are fulfilled
Liaise with Haulier to ensure product is delivered as promise
Liaise with Account Managers with regard to products and prices
Maintain price list and prices in SAP
Record Service levels and KPI’s
Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Required Skills & Experience:
Great communication skills
Microsoft Office experience including Excel & Word
SAP experience (Desirable)
Previous Administration experience
Previous Experience in export and customs procedures
Ability to work to ridged time scales
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
