We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join this market leading organisation on a temp to perm basis within their busy customer care department.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. During the training period, this role will be office based with a possibility of some home working after completion of training.
* Calling customers who have moved into new properties for feedback regarding their new homes
* Investigating and resolving any customer queries or complaints, prioritising accordingly
* Logging and updating customer information onto the in-house system
* Scheduling and diary management of customer call backs
The ideal candidate will have previous outbound customer service exposure gained from within a busy and demanding environment. You will have a mature and professional approach to work and will display high levels of empathy and confidentiality.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills coupled with a confident telephone manner is essential. You must be computer literate with experience of both Outlook and Excel to an intermediate level.
Due to the location of this organisation, your own form of reliable transport is required
