Customer Service and Sales Administrator
8.00am – 5.15pm, Monday – Thursday, 4.00pm finish on Fridays
£20K – £25k Per Annum
Start Date – ASAP
This is a chance to work for a leading brand in a new role, being part of a new and exciting project in the company. The role will be tasked with handling multiple sales office requirements including solving consumer enquiries generated through email, social media and phone, as well support sales administration.
To handle customer service enquiries and sales administration.
Your role will include:
Providing exemplary customer service
Problem solving consumer enquiries to find a positive solution for both the consumer and the company
Provide insight and feedback to the management team of common issues and ways of improving customer services efficiency
Using the Zen desk customer services platform to handle consumer enquiries generated from social media instant messages, email and phone calls.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels.
Order processing and stock allocation management
Participation in Sales and Marketing team projects.Key Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
