The team at Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work for one of the area’s top, award winning employers who are highly recommended leaders within their industry.
The role will involve taking calls from customers, supporting them with various enquiries including quotes, renewals, adjustments and complaints.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are an essential requirement for this position, along with a good level of IT literacy.
Previous experience within a customer service environment (ideally within a call centre environment) is essential.
