Tate are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Officers for a company based in Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is a full-time position offering an hourly rate of £9.30 and is starting immediately.
For the first 3 months your hours will be Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, then you will move onto one of the below shift patterns:
Monday – Friday – 1pm – 9pm
Monday – Thursday – 11am – 7pm and Sunday 10am – 6pm
Tuesday – Saturday – 11am – 7pm
In this role you would be responsible for answering inbound calls and speaking to existing customers with a variety of queries or issues. You will be working to targets in this role so ability to manage a busy workload is essential.
The ideal person will have the following:
· Experience in Customer Service
· A good telephone manner
· The ability to pick up internal systems
· Comfortable in a busy environment
· Confident with speaking to both customers and colleagues over the phone.
