A leading manufacturer in the Nuneaton area is looking to add a Customer Liaison Officer to their well-established team. This is a newly created role due to business expansion.
Manage the delivery of a business critical service to ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded
Managing all additional contacts, proactively monitor customer commitments and appointments, and ensure all confirmed work orders are analysed to verify correct completion
Manage internal portals/comms
Track log and monitor all customer communication
To continuously review and improve current processes to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Have an understanding and experience of working in a supply chain environment
Conduct trend analysis against failures
Dealing with customers/complaints to point of successful resolution
Customer Service / Account Management experience preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors
Supply Chain process knowledge & understanding
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to understand and follow company procedures and processes
