The role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring arrears management complies with all regulatory and collections policies. Dealing with accounts queries & ensuring all customer related data is accurately recorded on the system. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of service to each client and promote recoveries through effective account management. Responsible for liaising with customers, colleagues and other departments over the telephone and in writing.
The successful applicant will have a customer service or collections background and excellent communication skills. You must be a team player and enjoy working in busy, varied environment.
