Credit Controller – Doncaster – £19,000-£23,000 + Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a highly successful, fast growing business in Doncaster who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their busy and friendly finance team.
Job Title Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of your portfolio of clients
Chasing payment by telephone and email
Liaising across departments to resolve queries
Setting up new customers including credit checks and setting credit limits
Issuing statements and letters in line with company policy
Building relationships with your clients to assist in resolving disputes and queries
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong credit control experience is essential
A proactive, energetic and self-motivated team player
Good attention to detail along with an excellent telephone manner and proficiency in Excel
You will have a passion for building effective relationships with clients to achieve results
Strong organisational and admin skills
