Our clients are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join the team initially for a three-month duration to work on a variety of desktop applications, web-based applications and backend services.
Duties
As an experienced Test Analyst, you will work closely with development teams and other business units to set up test scripts and test data to test applications that support clients and internal departments. You will test third party software which integrates into systems.
What you’ll need
You will be experienced in many aspects of technology and business testing across a wide variety of applications and different platforms; including System Integration Testing; Functional Testing; User Acceptance Testing; API Testing and Non-Functional Testing (e.g. Performance, Load and Regression) across the whole lifecycle of projects. Ideally, you will have experience of a BDD test automation stack and will have the opportunity to help drive the automation testing strategy. You will have an awareness of internet security and how that can impact software development.
You will be a team player, able to work independently and as a part of a group to deliver innovative solutions in a variety of systems and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
Requirements
Knowledge of the following is required:
Functional testing;
Integration testing;
User Acceptance Testing;
SQL Server, T-SQL.
Agile team methodology using SCRUM or similar;
Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server;
Knowledge of the following would be advantageous
Postman
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Performance and load testing;
SpecFlow, Cucumber, Gherkin;
