With your help, we can make the online experience as helpful, personal and reassuring as approaching an officer on the street.
Working for the Head of Content, you’ll help stakeholders to make day to day amends to websites on the SOH platform, while translating from English to Welsh. Keeping users at the heart of decisions, you’ll see that the right content is in the right place, in the best format, while following strategies and style guidelines. You’ll also carry out legal fact checking, uphold high standards and ensure appropriate policy is applied.
We’re looking for a fluent Welsh speaker (ideally degree-qualified), with Welsh language ability at Level 5 or above. You’ll have an excellent grasp of Welsh language and grammar, as well as experience in a similar role. With this background, you’ll be familiar with content publishing systems (ideally Episerver) and technically capable. SEO, digital asset management, Google Analytics and user-centered service design should all be second nature.
